When it comes to smartphones, there are so many opportunities for accidents to happen. Drops are inevitable, even for the most careful people. Today we’re bringing yet another survival story about a phone that fell an incredible distance straight onto concrete.
The Survival Story
Hello! I have been using Rokform cases since the iPhone 5, at least I think that's when I first started using them. Ever since it's been the only case I've ever used. Your cases have saved my phones countless times.
I was at a Colorado Rockies game on the third deck about 60 feet up from the ground. I pulled my phone out and it dropped all the way to the ground on hard concrete. To myself I thought, "Well, there goes that phone". To my surprise, a woman had grabbed my phone when it hit the ground and said she'd hold it while I took the elevator down to get it. I got to her and noticed nothing was wrong with my phone! The case had a crack from the impact but this thing was flawless! Then I knew that Rokform was for me. Ever since it has been Rokform.
I try to push people to buy your cases and they are like, oh yeah, wow, uh huh. Then I show them the magnet. Then they're in. You make a fine product that I will continue to use forever. Thank you for making a near indestructible case. If you're open to input. I'd like to see something for the GoPro cameras. I know there are cases out there but if you put a Rokform on it with the magnet it erases the need for special mounts for vehicle and bike applications. Just a thought.
First of all, wow! Jacob didn’t mention it in his story, but think about how lucky it was to hit the concrete from so high up, especially when that lady was close enough to scoop it up after the fall. Amazing!
