Does the iPhone 18 Pro need a camera protector if I already have a case?

A case raises a lip around the camera bump, which helps on flat surfaces but leaves the lens glass exposed to sand, keys and gravel. A camera protector covers the lenses themselves. The two work together, and a scratched lens is one of the few kinds of phone damage a case does not prevent.

Will it affect my photo or video quality?

No. The glass is optically clear Japanese tempered glass selected for light transmission, not just hardness. There is no haze, added flare or softening at the frame edges. Night mode and macro shots come out the same as they do on bare lenses.

I have the iPhone 18 Pro. Is this the same protector as the Pro Max version?

Yes. Both phones share the same camera module geometry, so one protector fits either. If you own both, or upgrade from Pro to Pro Max, the same part works.

Wipe the camera area with the included alcohol wipe, dry it with the microfiber cloth, then line the aluminum rings up with your lenses and press down. The adhesive is pre-applied and high-strength, so it goes on in one motion. Take your time on alignment, since the adhesive is meant to stay put.

Will the adhesive leave residue if I remove it?

The adhesive is designed to hold permanently, so it is not meant to be repositioned or reused. If you do remove it, work slowly from one corner and clean any residue with the included alcohol wipe or a small amount of isopropyl alcohol. Get the alignment right on the first press.

Will it work with my Rokform case?

Yes. The protector sits low enough to clear the raised camera surround on Rokform Rugged and Crystal cases. It also works with most slim and rugged cases from other brands.

Your camera is the best thing on your phone and the most exposed. The Rokform iPhone 18 Camera Lens Protector puts 9H Japanese tempered glass and machined aluminum rings over the lenses without touching image quality. Protected. Clear. Shoot anything.

9H JAPANESE TEMPERED GLASS: Rated 9H on the pencil hardness scale. Sand, keys and concrete do not leave marks on the glass covering your lenses.
MACHINED ALUMINUM RINGS: Aluminum body and lens rings take the impact when your phone lands face down, instead of the lens glass taking it.
NO LOSS OF IMAGE QUALITY: Optically clear glass chosen for light transmission, so photos and video look the same as they do without it. No haze, no flare, no softening at the edges.
PRECISION FIT, SIMPLE INSTALL: Cut to the iPhone 18 camera geometry, not a universal shape. Pre-applied high-strength adhesive means you clean, align and press once.
EVERYTHING IN THE BOX: Lens protector, microfiber cloth and alcohol wipe. Nothing else to buy.
COVERS WHAT A CASE CANNOT: Rokform cases raise a surround around the camera. This puts hardened glass directly over the lenses themselves.
ROKFORM GUARANTEE: Backed by our 60-day money-back guarantee.
