MILITARY TOUGH

Built to last, the heavy duty iPhone 18 Pro Max Rugged case shrugs off 6-foot drops and the roughest conditions.

LOCKED IN

The patented RokLock™ twist-lock is mechanical, not friction fit. A quarter turn and your phone stays put. That hard connection is what makes this a rugged case for iPhone 18 Pro Max you can trust on a handlebar at speed, not just a shell that looks the part.

MAGNETS THAT MEAN IT

MAGMAX™ holds up to 3x stronger than ordinary MagSafe® magnets. Enough to carry your phone's full weight on any magnetic surface. All of our rugged iPhone 18 Pro Max cases ship with both a magnetic and a non-magnetic center plug, so you pick between maximum hold and wireless charging straight through the shell.

PROTECTION WITHOUT THE BULK

Just 4.15mm and 86 grams. Textured sides and easy-press buttons keep it usable, not just armored. A durable iPhone 18 Pro Max case only protects your phone if you actually leave it on, so we built this one thin enough to live in a pocket every day.

FAQ

How tough is your heavy duty iPhone 18 Pro Max case?

It exceeds MIL-STD 810G-516.6, the military drop-test standard, with verified protection from drops up to 6 feet. The dual-layer build pairs a shock-absorbing TPU inner shell with a rigid polycarbonate outer shell, plus reinforced corners and 360-degree coverage.

What does military grade protection actually mean?

MIL-STD 810G-516.6 is a US Department of Defense test method for shock and drop resistance. It specifies repeated drops onto hard surfaces across multiple orientations, not a single lucky fall. Our rugged iPhone 18 Pro Max case is tested to exceed it.

Does the rugged iPhone 18 Pro Max case work with MagSafe chargers?

Yes. The MAGMAX™ magnet array is MagSafe-compatible, so it snaps to MagSafe chargers, wallets and stands. The non-magnetic RokLock™ plug ships installed so wireless charging works right through the case. No need to remove anything.

Can I mount my iPhone 18 Pro Max to a bike or motorcycle?

Yes. The RokLock™ twist-lock port is molded into the case and connects to every Rokform twist-lock mount, including bike, motorcycle, and vehicle mounts. An integrated lower magnet also gives you hands-free hold on magnetic surfaces and all Rokform magnetic mounts.

Is this protective iPhone 18 Pro Max case bulky?

No. The case is 4.15mm thick and weighs 86 grams, 91 grams with the magnetic plug fitted. Textured side panels give you a secure grip without adding width, and the raised camera surround protects the lenses when you set it face up.

What makes this the best rugged case for iPhone 18 Pro Max?

Independent of our own opinion, three things separate it: a mechanical twist-lock instead of magnets alone, MIL-STD 810G-516.6 drop testing verified to 6 feet, and a 4.15mm profile that keeps it pocketable. Our iPhone 18 Pro Max Case Rugged edition is the one our first responder and moto customers buy most.

Can I use a screen protector with the iPhone 18 Pro Max Rugged Case?

Yes. The raised front lip clears a tempered glass screen protector without lifting at the corners. Our iPhone 18 Pro Max Tempered Glass Screen Protector 2 Pack is cut to sit inside the case edge. If you want full coverage, the iPhone 18 Pro Max Camera Lens Protector also fits within the raised camera surround.

GREAT CASES!!!!

"I have now been with this brand since 2016 iPhone7, now I carry iPhone 17 pro max an have the rugged case. I swear by this brand. The fit is awesome the carbo fiber looks great and the magnetic case well it’s well worth it . I like it so much so that I have my uncle he has purchased a rugged case and my cousin did the same, as mechanicing can be challenging it helps whether you’re under the car or above under the hood. it has been a real life saver..I have recently had a stroke and this rugged case has helped out a bunch with one arm, and then holding the phone with the magnet helps out tremendously"

Great case

"I bought this case because I saw another mechanic using it. Decided to give it a try. This case holds up in anything and the magnetic attachment is the best part. When my flashlight has died I’ve attached my phone to parts of the engine bay for a light and it works great. I have even dropped it down and because of the magnetic attachment it didn’t fall completely down under the engine. It’s protected my phone from lots of dings and scrapes from working on cars. I’d 100% recommend this for any type of active lifestyle or any type of blue collar work."

Excellent case – strong, secure and perfect for accessories

"I bought the Rokform Magnetic Rugged Case for my Samsung Galaxy S24 and I’m very happy with it. The case feels extremely solid and protective, while still fitting the phone perfectly. The magnetic system is very strong and works especially well with my magnetic accessories. I also use my phone for digiscoping with a Swarovski binocular and a magnetic adapter, and the Rokform case keeps everything secure and properly aligned. The buttons are easy to use, the grip is excellent, and the overall build quality feels premium. Definitely one of the best cases I’ve had for my Samsung Galaxy S24. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

Loving my new ROkFORM Case!

"This case is outstanding, better than I originally thought the magnet is definately the strongest case magnet I have encountered. I love the feel in my hand it has some weight but it is not too heavy which I like. The protective camera slip over covers fit perfect with the case and gives it a complete sleek look with optimum protection. Thank you"

— James B. (5/5)

Best case scenario!

"I got the iPhone 17 pro max last year and bought a rokform rugged case for it. Then, this year they changed the camera area to the more precise style for the iPhone 18 pro max. I bought the new style case and it fits the iPhone 17 pro max perfectly. Very happy with the case."

— Anthony M. (5/5)

Great case with a very good magnet.

"I’m very happy with the phone case, very sturdy and the magnet is strong without the extra one on the back. I tried it with the piece and it was not working with the MagSafe charger, but without it works really well. And the small magnet below attaches to my small magnetic car phone holder very well. I’m very happy with my purchase. I almost canceled the order because of a review video a saw, but I decided to give it a try and it works way better than all the ones I tried from Amazon. Great costumer service as well."

— Samuel B. (5/5)

Best cace

"This is by far the best iPhone 15 case and I’ve bought several in the past, and Rockform is by far the best in my opinion. They’re sturdy and a really nice looking case. Definitely my place to get phone stuff from now on. And no I am not paid or nothing from Rockform. Just a average guy who works for a living"

— Kenneth W. (5/5)

Nice Case but…

"I got this case and it is great, but I also bought the lens protector for the camera lens and it’s made of cheap plastic lens that cracks when it’s in your pocket. I never droppedy phone and the case itself is in perfect condition but the lens protector is weak."

— Art P. (4/5)

Best case I've purchased

"The magnetic fearure in this case is probably the best I've come across. Strong, holds my phone firmly in place and the case is solidly built. I'm normally a cheap phone case guy but after seeing my son's case I decided it was worthit ti get one. No regrets and this is probably the only case I'll buy for my phones from now on. Shipping was quick and cost was fair, boxed nicely and easy to install. Thanks for a great product!"
